Congrats to the Pedlars Minor Hurling team who defeated Kilarra Og (Kilworth and Araglin) in the county league final on Saturday at Passage West. The final score - 1-17 to 0-13.

The U-16 hurling team captured the divisional title last night with a super win over hot favrouites Bandon at Newcestown. Pedlars opened up a six point lead early on before the Lily whites narrowed the margin to one point after fifteen minutes. An opening goal by Padraic Cullinane preceded by points from Ciaran Nyhan, Brian O'Donovan and Cullinane himself made for the ideal start. U-16 B Hurling Championship Final - Bal v Bandon will take place this coming Thursday in Newcestown at 7.30pm - All support would be greatly appreciated. The Junior hurling team play Kilbree on Saturday next August 1st at 7.00pm in Enniskeane.

camogie club are happy to provide black refuse bags, the girls are happy to

Bal were defeated by St Colums on Sunday June 21st after putting it up to the favourites for three quarters of the game and were unlucky to concede a fortuitous goal which was the turning point in the game. Bal now go into the pot with Clonakilty, Oliver Plunketts, Bantry and the losers of the Argideen Rangers/Clann na Gael match with three of those five teams dropping down to Junior B ranks for the coming year.
