The U14 Fooball team had a resounding win last night when they defeated Bantry in the final of the West section and now advance to the county semi-final stage of the competition. The game was evenly contested enough in the opening quarter but two goals in a minute by Padraig Cullinane and a series of points immediately after by Ciaran Nyhan, Brian O'Donovan coupled with a superb defensive performance ensured that the game was well over as a contest by the time the short whistle blew. Final Score 4-15 to 2-02
