Cúl Camp Ballinascarthy July 15th -19th

We look forward to seeing you all at Ballinascarthy pitch Monday 15th for a 10am kick off. There will be a one way traffic system in place so cars are asked to enter by the main gates and exit by the astro turf exit. Come to the new dressing rooms for group allocation. Remember to bring : 

•Packed lunch and drinks for both breaks.

•Hurley and helmet for hurling and camogie

•Mouthguard for Football.

•Suitable playing gear ie. tracksuit, shorts, runners, football boots.

•Rain jacket and changes of gear on wet days.

•Labelled bottle of water.

•Sun cream and baseball hat.

Ensure ease of identification by marking/labelling all gear and bags. 

Cúl camp will begin at 10 and end at 2 each day.
